About the role
- Make outbound sales calls (calls, SMS, WhatsApp, email) focusing on the DACH region.
- Support first-time depositors, encourage repeat deposits, and reactivate inactive accounts.
- Identify and resolve failed deposit issues; offer payment solutions tailored to the player's region.
- Promote relevant bonuses and offers; guide players from registration to loyalty.
- Keep accurate records in CRM tools and maintain a structured communication log.
- Collaborate with Payments, CRM, and Compliance teams to enhance player satisfaction.
- Stay compliant with responsible gaming guidelines while proactively upselling and re-engaging players.
- Participate in feedback loops and share player insights to improve services and campaigns.
Requirements
- Native-level German (mandatory).
- Some understanding of iGaming industry.
- Prior experience in sales, player reactivation, or iGaming support roles preferred.
- Strong communication and sales skills; comfortable closing offers.
- Flexible to work some hours during odd Saturdays.
- Self-motivated, reliable, performance and target driven.
- Experience with Voiso, Zendesk, and CRM systems is a bonus.
- Must handle stress, accept constructive feedback, and avoid "quick money" mindset.
