Report to Head of Product and take ownership of multiple iGaming brands (3rd-party and in-house)
Lead roadmap planning, define OKRs, and ensure alignment with company goals
Use FullStory and Google Analytics to analyse customer journeys, identify friction and create funnels to enhance retention and conversion
Work closely with cross-functional teams (content, marketing, operations, development) and partner with Content Managers to optimise product feature use
Introduce and test innovative features to enhance user experience and engagement
Gather requirements across departments and translate them into actionable product features
Coordinate delivery with in-house developers and external 3rd-party providers, ensuring timely delivery of features and fixes
Diagnose product issues, prioritise solutions with stakeholders, and drive product strategy and execution across multiple brands
Requirements
Proven experience as a Product Manager or Senior Product Manager in iGaming or related digital industries
Strong UX/UI sensibility and ability to diagnose and improve product usability
Technical aptitude: ability to raise, structure, and communicate tasks effectively to development teams
Experience working with content teams to optimize product usage and customer engagement
Autonomous, proactive, and able to lead without heavy hand-holding
Excellent communication and collaboration skills across departments
Strong track record in roadmap creation, OKR management, and stakeholder alignment
Solid understanding of customer analytics tools (FullStory, Google Analytics, or similar)
