About the role

  • Own the architecture of a yet-to-be-selected Marketing CRM platform and translate complex business requirements into scalable, secure architecture
  • Lead design and integration of the CRM platform with systems and data sources, ensuring data integrity and security
  • Lead analysis and design efforts, evaluate external platforms, and create technical documentation and implementation roadmaps
  • Provide expertise in data modelling, management and migration and design real-time integrations
  • Evaluate third-party add-ons, ensure adherence to integration patterns, and facilitate RFI/RFP for CRM selection
  • Report to the Senior Solutions Architect and work with programme and product managers to support the product lifecycle
  • Role is 9 month fixed term contract; Hybrid working (min 3 days in office, max 2 remote); ideal start in October

Requirements

  • Deep understanding of one or more CRM marketing platforms (Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Bloomreach, Ometria, Klaviyo)
  • Strong grasp of sales, marketing and customer service business processes
  • Proficiency in API integration, data modelling, data migration, and cloud-based architectures
  • Hands-on experience with data modelling, real-time integration design and canonical data models
  • Experience in selection, analysis, design and implementation phases of technology projects
  • Ability to influence and communicate effectively with business and technology stakeholders
  • Experience producing detailed technical documentation and architectural diagrams
