About the role
- Responsible for all services delivered by the ONE organization to the CTOs they are aligned to
- Centralizes governance, streamlines escalations, provides technical SME knowledge
- Owns the infrastructure design engineering priorities and aligns to each product within the CTO aligned portfolio
- Provide strategic judgement, guidance and execution for technology operations, services and support globally
Requirements
- Strong preference for influence and negotiating skills
- Demonstrated ability to operate with complete independence and autonomy
- Experience leading Technology infrastructure teams across a global footprint
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; experience influencing CTO level leaders
- Demonstrated experience as a leader with the ability to attract, recruit, and develop technical talent
