About the role
- Lead complex discovery and solution design engagements across multiple technology areas.
- Engage with senior customer stakeholders (e.g., CIOs, CTOs) to understand strategic goals and align solutions accordingly.
- Architect and present high-value, scalable, and secure solutions that address business and technical challenges.
- Own the technical strategy for key accounts and contribute to long-term account planning.
- Collaborate with sales, delivery, and partner teams to ensure solution feasibility and successful handover.
- Develop and review proposals, SoWs, and business cases for large or strategic opportunities.
- Act as a mentor and coach to junior and mid-level pre-sales team members.
- Contribute to the development of internal frameworks, methodologies, and best practices.
- Represent the organisation in partner and industry forums as a subject matter expert.
- Stay ahead of emerging trends and technologies to inform solution strategy and innovation.
Requirements
- Holds advanced or specialist-level certifications within relevant technology areas.
- 5+ years of experience in a pre-sales, solution architecture, or technical consulting role.
- Willingness to travel to customer sites, partner events, and internal meetings as required.
- Ability to lead multiple strategic opportunities simultaneously.
