• You will actively contribute to the development of staffing plans and HR strategies in close cooperation with HR management to ensure efficient personnel deployment and the achievement of company objectives.
• You will identify training and development needs and organize training sessions and workshops to support employees’ professional growth.
• You will effectively manage and utilize our HR software, particularly Personio, to optimize processes and track data.
