Requirements

What you’ll need

A degree or vocational qualification in human resources, psychology, business administration, or a related field
Some experience in recruiting, sourcing, or talent acquisition
Ideally experience with Personio or comparable ATS systems
Confident and professional manner in candidate interactions
Strong communication skills and organizational ability
Independent, reliable, and solution-oriented working style
High level of commitment and professional handling of sensitive data
Affinity for digital recruiting processes and modern tools
Very good German language skills, both written and spoken
