About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Sourcing suitable candidates via LinkedIn, Xing and other platforms
- Reaching out directly to potential candidates and conducting initial interviews
- Applicant management and coordination of the recruiting process
- Scheduling and coordinating interviews with hiring teams
- Building and maintaining a sustainable candidate pool
- Supporting the optimization of existing recruiting processes
- Maintaining and managing applicant data in Personio
- Close collaboration with HR and the relevant departments
- Professional communication with candidates throughout the entire process
Requirements
What you’ll need- A degree or vocational qualification in human resources, psychology, business administration, or a related field
- Some experience in recruiting, sourcing, or talent acquisition
- Ideally experience with Personio or comparable ATS systems
- Confident and professional manner in candidate interactions
- Strong communication skills and organizational ability
- Independent, reliable, and solution-oriented working style
- High level of commitment and professional handling of sensitive data
- Affinity for digital recruiting processes and modern tools
- Very good German language skills, both written and spoken
