About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Conduct qualified closing calls with potential clients by phone
- Ensure a smooth transition from prospects to paying clients
- Address client needs strategically to maximize conversions
- Accurately document and follow up on consultation processes in the CRM system
- Advise on and present the firm's premium services
- Build trust and persuasion in direct client interactions
- Support the team in optimizing consultation and closing strategies
Requirements
What you’ll need- Completed secondary education or equivalent qualification
- Experience in customer service or a similar role is an advantage
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong service orientation and a friendly demeanor
- Proficient IT skills, especially Microsoft Office
- Ability to work efficiently and accurately in a fast-paced environment
- Team player with flexibility
