About the role
- Learn and understand the structure and mission of the Migrations team
- Assist in writing basic SQL queries to extract and manipulate data
- Replicate dashboards, widgets, and reports for operational use
- Shadow team members to gain insight into day-to-day tasks
- Handle various job-related tasks to support team goals and live projects
- Work directly on live projects to gain exposure to real-world data and sharpen SQL and analytics skills
- Participate in occasional once-a-month on-site setup/meetings in Ortigas, Pasig
Requirements
- Basic SQL knowledge (required)
- Genuine interest in data analysis
- Recent college graduates or career shifters (not accepting school-accredited internships or undergraduate students)
- Passionate about technology, with strong curiosity and initiative
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to coordinate across teams and departments
- Proficient in basic computer tools and self-motivated
- Must have own WFH setup (computer/laptop, webcam, headset, wired internet)
- Willing to work midshift schedule: 4 AM–1 PM CDT / 5 PM–2 AM PHT; rest days Saturday & Sunday
- Willing to work hybrid setup (once-a-month on-site meetings, trainings or collaborations in Ortigas, Pasig, Metro Manila)
- Willing to install Time Doctor (time tracking) and Automate Agent (security) upon hire
- Agree to company policies: no side business/other employer during employment; freelance status with voluntary government contributions; no night differential for night shifts
