Work closely with Customer Success to understand, represent and deliver outstanding customer services to standard clients
Consult on 1PD strategy, platform usage and partnerships
Feedback core requirements and opportunities to the business and collaborate across internal departments for renewals, platform challenges, upselling, case studies and legal queries
Act as a key technical resource and advisor across InfoSum’s product suite for prospective customers in the UK
Contribute to sales presentations and provide product demonstrations
Perform workflow modeling and solution design to illustrate platform value
Partner with Client Success and Sales at deal close to turn solutions into reality and provide detailed documentation for the Implementation team
Provide ongoing technical leadership and support to customers
Requirements
Background in advertising technology or SAAS (2 years)
Hands-on familiarity with data query languages (i.e. SQL) or databases
Exceptional presentation skills and communication skills with the ability to engage with and translate between technical experts and key business decision makers
Excellent long term client relationship management capabilities in conjunction with strong project management skills
Experience collaborating with engineering, product, and technical operations teams
Ability to run technical demonstrations of a complex technical platform
Demonstrable experience in designing and delivering complex solutions for clients, including strong documentation skills (Office 365 or G-suite tools)
