About the role
- Design and implement comprehensive training strategies for financial coaches
- Create rigorous onboarding programs and ongoing skill development opportunities
- Establish coaching readiness standards and measurement systems
- Implement quality assurance processes including session reviews and outcome measurement
- Support compliance and certification requirements of coaching staff
- Design ongoing professional development pathways and integrate technology tools
- Collaborate with education and marketing teams to develop coaching resources
- Deliver 10-20% of time coaching sessions with high member satisfaction
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Adult Education, Psychology, Finance, or related field; Master's preferred
- 5+ years developing and implementing training programs, preferably in financial services or coaching environments
- Demonstrated experience establishing quality standards and measuring performance outcomes
- Strong understanding of personal finance principles and coaching methodologies
- Demonstrated success in coaching or advisory roles with proven ability to drive behavioral change and measurable outcomes
- AFC, CFP, ChFC certifications (preferred)
- Previous military experience or experience supporting military service members (preferred)
- Proficiency with learning management systems, performance tracking tools, and collaboration platforms
