About the role
- Define the strategic vision for innovation and automation of end-to-end Data Science and Machine Learning capabilities
- Translate business needs into technical delivery across Data Science, ML Engineering and ML Ops
- Orchestrate integrated DS and ML roadmaps and be responsible for execution of DS models in production pipelines
- Work closely with leadership across Marketing, eCommerce, App, Media and Store teams
- Manage a team of DS Product Managers and act as coach and mentor
- Design, pilot and scale functionality; establish orchestration to develop and scale operational DS models
- Develop and lead a DS and ML roadmap with release planning, backlog and dependencies while deploying agile best practices
- Ensure product delivery in accordance with targets and OKRs, including impact, costs, and timelines
- Build relationships and communicate with leadership teams & stakeholders
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree
- 10-15 years of experience, including 10 - 12 years of ecommerce or relevant experience
- Prefer product management or digital strategy with retail, mobile or enterprise commerce platforms
- Cameras must be on during all virtual interviews
