About the role
- Support full-cycle recruitment, including drafting job postings, managing applicant pipelines, and coordinating candidate communications.
- Partner with hiring managers to schedule interviews, gather feedback, and ensure a smooth candidate experience.
- Manage day-to-day HR operations, including onboarding, offboarding, and employee data management.
- Maintain HR documentation, systems, and records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with policies and practices.
- Contribute to HR projects such as HRIS implementation, career site updates, and process improvements.
- Assist in employee engagement initiatives, including planning and executing company-wide events.
- Identify opportunities to streamline and improve HR processes and documentation.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with colleagues across People Operations, Finance, and other teams to deliver effective People programs.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of professional HR experience, with exposure to multiple aspects of HR operations.
- Experience supporting recruitment efforts in a small or mid-sized organization (not required to have led campaigns).
- Strong skills in drafting job postings, reviewing applications, and managing applicant tracking systems
- Experience with top industry ATS platforms, preferably Greenhouse
- Familiarity with HRIS platforms and eagerness to learn new HR tools and technologies.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills, with attention to detail and follow-through.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with diverse teams including operations, technical, and creative groups.
