About the role
- Collaboratively own the vision, success metrics, and multi-quarter roadmap for your area.
- Partner across product to build and drive a coherent strategy for RISE.
- Keep a strong pulse on market dynamics, competitive moves, and customer needs.
- Lead qualitative and quantitative discovery with brokers and agents; translate findings into crisp problem statements, hypotheses, and outcome-based roadmaps.
- Validate solutions with prototypes, usability tests, and pilots, in collaboration with design and marketing.
- Work as a product pair: shape epics, write PRDs, define acceptance criteria, and maintain a ruthlessly prioritized backlog.
- Drive sprint goals, manage trade-offs, and land iterative value while steering toward long-term outcomes.
- Identify high impact use cases for data, ML, and generative AI to improve agent productivity.
- Engage with partners in engineering to ensure vision is grounded in reality.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Enablement, and Customer Success on packaging, pricing inputs, launch plans, and customer education.
- Help define adoption targets and oversee experiments to accelerate activation, engagement, and retention.
- Establish KPIs, dashboards, and instrumentation for your area. Run A/B tests and cohort analyses to guide iteration and demonstrate impact.
- Communicate progress and insights with clarity—from engineering partners to executives and strategic customers.
- Build alignment, manage risks, and create momentum.
Requirements
- 7+ years of product management experience with B2B or enterprise SaaS.
- PropTech experience is a strong plus.
- Experience with AI/ML, data, and automation is highly desirable.
- Proven ownership of large feature areas end-to-end—from problem framing and discovery through launch and iteration.
- Strong cross-functional chops with Marketing, Sales, Engineering, Design, and Customer Success, and Executive Leadership.
- Excellent written and verbal communication; skilled at simplifying complexity and driving decisions.
- Analytical, hypothesis-driven, and comfortable instrumenting and reading product data.
- Curiosity, bias for action, and resilience in fast-moving, ambiguous environments.
- Entrepreneurial, self-starter, and results-driven.
