About the role
- Lead Pod-level strategy from brief to execution — owning brand strategy, social strategy, annual planning, and communications strategy with a clear point of view and the experience to back it up.
- Show up as a senior thought partner across Pods, Strategy leadership, and agency stakeholders. Contribute to pitch leadership, multi-Pod initiatives, and discipline-level growth conversations.
- Set the standard for integrating social listening, analytics, and cultural intelligence into strategic development. You have a deep understanding of marketing data and business analytics — and you know how to translate complex data requests into clear, actionable insights that guide creative direction, optimize campaigns, and shape performance reporting. You'll drive innovation by identifying and operationalizing new methodologies and ways of working to deliver best-in-class reporting and data usage.
- Collaborate closely with creative leads to ensure strategy fuels — not constrains — the work. You know how to be a creative partner, not just a strategic gatekeeper.
- Develop sharp, culturally grounded insights that move beyond surface-level data. You know how to listen to audiences, synthesize what matters, and turn research into strategy that resonates.
Requirements
- Senior-level experience in brand and social strategy, ideally within an agency environment
- Proven ability to lead strategy on complex, multi-channel accounts
- Fluency in social listening tools, analytics platforms, and measurement frameworks
- Comfort pulling and presenting data in ways that are digestible, decision-driving, and creatively inspiring
- Experience leading pitches and senior client conversations with confidence
