About the role
- Identify, build, and nurture strategic partnerships and collaborations to drive growth and expand opportunities with key partners and parent companies
- Develop and execute a comprehensive collaboration strategy aligned with company goals
- Develop strategic roadmaps for large scale data strategy and next generation AV products
- Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial terms and outcomes
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with partners and key parent company stakeholders
- Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, program management, strategy, and legal teams to ensure successful partnership integration and execution
- Monitor and analyze program performance, providing regular reports to senior management
- Curate meticulous executive and board level materials to report on opportunities, progress, risks, and successes
Requirements
- Minimum of 10+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, or strategic alliances, preferably in mobility or AI/ML related industry
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred
- Proven track record of successfully identifying, negotiating, and managing strategic partnerships
- Strong understanding of partnership models, technology integrations, and strategic alliances
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to think strategically and translate business objectives into actionable partnership initiatives
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Korean language fluency preferred; proficiency required
- Proven cross-functional leadership with strong project management skills
- Executive level presentation skills
