About the role

  • Define overall product strategy and roadmap for AI solutions across traditional ML, LLMs, Generative AI, and Agentic AI
  • Improve technical performance, scalability, and robustness of AI-driven solutions to meet enterprise-grade requirements
  • Identify customer pain points, conduct user research, and enhance market fit of AI products
  • Collaborate with engineering, research, and business teams to translate AI capabilities into commercially viable products
  • Drive experimentation, validation, and iterative cycles to ensure measurable impact of AI solutions
  • Monitor AI ecosystem, identify partnership and innovation opportunities
  • Serve as a thought leader representing the company’s AI strategy with customers, partners, and at industry forums

Requirements

  • 10+ years of product management experience
  • At least 5+ years focused on AI/ML-driven products
  • Proven track record in building and scaling AI/ML products, including LLMs, Generative AI, or agentic AI systems
  • Strong technical foundation in data science, machine learning, and modern AI architectures
  • Experience improving technical performance (latency, accuracy, scalability) and market fit (usability, adoption, differentiation)
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills; ability to influence cross-functional teams and executive stakeholders
  • Experience in healthcare, enterprise SaaS, or other regulated domains is a plus
  • Must meet U.S. work eligibility (Innovaccer participates in E-Verify for U.S.-based hires)
