Product Manager

• Own the strategy and roadmap for FlowAuth’s prior authorization product across oncology and other high-volume specialties
• Prioritize opportunities based on customer, clinical, and business impact
• Conduct market and competitive research, especially in oncology and value-based oncology care
• Define product success metrics and use product analytics/data to guide decisions
• Own oncology prior authorization strategy, including diagnosis- and regimen-level criteria based on NCCN Guidelines and payer policies
• Direct translation of evolving NCCN Guidelines and payer policies into product requirements
• Partner with engineering, AI, clinical content, and support teams to build and maintain the oncology criteria engine
• Define the roadmap for electronic prior authorization submission using API-based solutions such as FHIR PAS, CRD, and DTR
• Build partnerships with payers, benefit managers, and other ecosystem participants
• Act as executive product owner for customer outcomes across the specialty portfolio
• Engage with practice leaders, prior authorization teams, and clinical staff to validate workflows, criteria, and priorities
• Direct engineering and clinical/content priorities, partnering with leadership on staffing, sequencing, and delivery
• Coordinate launches with Sales and Product Marketing
• Represent the product with customers, leadership, and partners
• Partner with platform teams to integrate specialty workflows with FlowAuth’s EHR and payer connectivity capabilities

Senior Product Manager – Prior Authorization, Oncology

• Own product discovery, requirements, prioritization, roadmap, and delivery for assigned Atlas Population Health platform capabilities
• Engage customers and healthcare stakeholders to understand workflows, identify pain points, and validate solutions
• Partner with Engineering, Design, Data/AI, and Clinical teams to build scalable, intuitive product experiences
• Incorporate AI, automation, analytics, and intelligent workflows to improve population health outcomes

Customer Success Manager

• Own post-sale customer relationships as the commercial and executive owner across enterprise healthcare accounts
• Drive renewals, expansion, value realization, executive trust, net revenue retention, renewal forecast accuracy, expansion pipeline progression, and account retention
• Develop expansion strategies and account growth plans tied to customer business priorities
• Serve as primary executive contact for VP, SVP, and C-suite customer leadership
• Lead executive QBRs focused on outcomes, ROI, and strategic roadmap alignment
• Articulate value through cost efficiency, quality improvement, clinical outcomes, and operational scalability

• Lead analytics and reporting initiatives supporting healthcare customers
• Sync with the Pharmacy Customer Success team to understand reporting priorities and requests

• Sync Tableau data with the underlying data warehouse to keep reporting accurate and current
• Use SQL and Python to investigate and solve data quality issues and reporting discrepancies

• Track and manage IT service requests in Jira, including ticket creation, assignment, status updates, sprint tracking, and closure within SLAs

• Own the Medicaid product across federal reporting (T-MSIS, CMS reporting, and MES interfaces), analytics (claims, quality, redetermination, and eligibility, including program oversight dashboards), agentic workflows, and Medicaid-specific platform capabilities.
• Run discovery and requirements directly with state Medicaid agencies.
• Stay current on Medicaid policy shifts, including eligibility redetermination cycles and recent federal legislation, and translate their impact into the product.
• Define agentic workflows and predictive analytics for Medicaid operations and oversight, with a person accountable for anything touching a federal submission.
• Serve as product subject matter expert for Medicaid pursuits and RFP responses.

Senior Product Manager – Medicaid

• Own the public health domain point of view and product direction at both county and state levels.
• Provide subject matter expertise on the US public health and community health context, including SDOH and HRSN, case management, disease surveillance and closed-loop referral.
• Own the regulatory and consent framing
• Define the innovation agenda: agentic workflows and predictive analytics that reduce manual effort for front-line public health and community staff, with clear human oversight on every automated step.
• Run discovery directly with county and state agencies, and shape the roadmap that the platform and engineering teams execute.
• Serve as product subject matter expert for public sector pursuits and RFP responses.
