• Oversee the entire data implementation phase of onboarding for a portfolio of customers, from contract initiation through the program life cycle. This includes the data ingestion, data transformation, and data reporting pipelines.
• Troubleshoot customer bugs which may be caused by a mix of customer data issues or process creation during onboarding to ensure a smooth process which is ready for transition to the operations team.
• Maintain a working knowledge of native EQUIPP® functionality and database structure. Applying that knowledge to troubleshooting and creative problem-solving with customers. This includes querying databases and working with SQL to diagnose complex data issues.
