About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead analytics and reporting initiatives supporting healthcare customers
Sync with the Pharmacy Customer Success team to understand reporting priorities and requests
Build, maintain, and troubleshoot Tableau dashboards
Sync Tableau data with the underlying data warehouse to keep reporting accurate and current
Use SQL and Python to investigate and solve data quality issues and reporting discrepancies
Design dashboards and reports using effective visualizations and layouts to communicate insights
Support data warehouse operations in Informatica and Databricks
Translate customer and business questions into actionable, decision-ready reporting
Handle data issues, analytics and product tickets, and collaborate with teams to resolve them
Perform L2-level debugging and provide initial analysis conclusions on P1 issues
Initiate and contribute to automation opportunities to reduce manual effort
Work with scheduling jobs and scripts, including modifying them
Maintain document versioning aligned with product versions
Own the handover process with the Lead and Manager
Handle customer issues in daily/weekly meetings, work on Jira tickets, and monitor Jira queues to meet SLAs

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience handling data issues, analytics and product tickets, and collaborating across teams
L2-level debugging skills for P1 issues
Understanding of incident, transition, and problem management
Experience working with scheduling jobs and scripts and modifying them
Ability to maintain document versioning aligned with product versions
Ability to own the handover process with the Lead and Manager
Experience working with Jira tickets, monitoring Jira queues, and meeting SLAs
Advanced SQL skills, including writing and optimizing complex queries
5+ years of hands-on experience building and maintaining Tableau dashboards
Strong data analytics skills
Experience with financial reporting
Working knowledge of healthcare data, such as claims, EHR, or pharmacy data
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Previous team management or mentoring experience preferred
