Perform recurring accounting tasks and journal entries, including bank reconciliations, expense recording, revenue recognition, and accounts receivable collections
Assist with monthly and quarterly financial close processes, including accruals, reconciliations, and intercompany transactions
Support preparation of consolidated financial reports and key performance indicators (KPIs)
Contribute to budgeting and forecasting cycles by gathering data, analyzing trends, and maintaining financial models
Help monitor project-level profitability and resource utilization in both software engineering and consulting segments
Collaborate with teams across Accounting & Finance and the Divisions of Morotech to ensure accurate reporting
Participate in improving finance tools and processes, including automation of data and reporting workflows
Assist with preparation for Morotech's financial statements audits by preparing required documentation and supporting the Group during audits
Assist with preparation of investor reporting by gathering and analyzing financial data and preparing supporting schedules
Learn and contribute to scenario analysis and business planning initiatives that support strategic growth
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
3+ years of relevant experience (internships or early-career roles in finance, accounting)
Strong Excel skills and a foundational understanding of financial concepoints
Familiarity with accounting or ERP systems and willingness to learn new tools
Analytical mindset, detail-oriented, and eager to take initiative
Comfortable working with cross-functional and international teams
