- Senior Consultant role in Moorhouse's People & Change service delivering complex transformation programmes
- Lead workstreams, shape evidence-based recommendations, and develop client relationships in a hybrid London setting
Requirements
- 4–6 years of experience in consulting
- Track record of shaping and delivering people-focused change in complex environments
- Demonstrated experience delivering work in change, org design, or organisational development
- Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills
- Confidence working with senior stakeholders, both internally and externally
- Exposure to different sectors and organisational contexts
- A proactive, self-starting mindset with the ability to manage ambiguity
- Passion for people-centred transformation and collaborative working
- Industry-recognised qualification (e.g. PROSCI, CIPD, coaching or psychometrics) is desirable
