Analyst

• Analyze the prices and costs proposed by suppliers on large, complex government or defense contracts
• Conduct price analysis of supplier's quoted or proposed pricing using techniques established by FAR, DFARS or other applicable internal or government policies.

Field Engineer

• Install, commission, and calibrate electronic and control‑based systems at customer sites.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot complex electrical, mechanical, and software‑related issues in fielded equipment.
• Perform factory acceptance tests (FATs), site acceptance tests (SATs), and support customer validation activities using established procedures and test equipment.
• Provide timely, professional technical support to customers on‑site and remotely (phone/email), including outside normal business hours as needed to minimize downtime.
• Interface directly with customers to quickly and thoroughly analyze problems and implement effective solutions.
• Complete detailed service reports documenting work performed, system history, and recommendations for design improvements, obsolescence mitigation, or serviceability enhancements.
• Develop and deliver technical training for customers and internal teams, including formal classroom and hands‑on instruction.
• Assist in the development of training materials and curriculum, including “train‑the‑trainer” content.
• Maintain a strong focus on safety when working around high‑voltage systems, moving equipment, and other potential hazards.
• Support proposal development by providing technical input, cost estimates, and installation/service recommendations.
• Support Sales and Business Development through technical expertise at customer meetings, industry trade shows, and field demonstrations in civil and military environments.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with Engineering, Program Management, and Manufacturing to resolve issues and improve products and processes.

Senior Field Service Engineer

Program Manager

• Own end‑to‑end program delivery across scope, schedule, cost, quality, risk, and technical performance
• Define and execute program plans, budgets, resources, milestones, and performance metrics
• Identify and manage program risks, configuration control, and change processes
• Lead cross‑functional teams and align stakeholders to program objectives
• Manage customer relationships, contracts, and commercial performance
• Oversee program financials, forecasts, and earned value metrics
• Ensure compliance with aerospace standards, regulatory requirements, and safety policies

• Provide technical support to suppliers in the evaluation and improvement of manufacturing processes.
• Support a cross functional supplier management team, acting as the subject matter expert and focal point for manufacturing capability issues.
• Understand part design intent and help suppliers understand requirements flow down and producibility risk, facilitating DfX activity as and when required.
• Lead problem solving activities using a range of lean sigma tools.
• Assess manufacturing capability as part of new supplier selection or existing supplier gap analysis activity.

• Define software architecture and technical strategy for flight control and actuation systems.
