About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide centralized expertise, governance, and support for the organization’s programs to support the execution of our group enablement strategies
  • Ensure alignment across multiple interrelated projects, promote best practices, and deliver consolidated reporting to leadership
  • Oversee all aspects of the programs from initial planning and strategy to execution and post-implementation support
  • Work closely with business stakeholders, internal teams, and external partners to ensure that the programs align with the organization's strategic objectives and deliver the expected business value

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Organizational Development or a related discipline; Master’s degree preferred
  • 5-7+ years of experience in project or program management with proven experience leading complex, multi-project transformation programs with a strong focus on business processes and change management
  • 3+ years of experience in a people‑leader or coaching role (no direct reports), with demonstrable ability to develop and motivate teams
  • Strong knowledge of program management frameworks (PMI, Agile, SAFe) and proficiency with program management and financial tracking tools
  • Demonstrated experience managing vendors and program budgets/forecasting
  • Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills; strong systems thinking and organizational capability
  • Fluent English required
