About the role
- Provide frontline TechOps support to Monzonauts, acting as the first point of contact for technical issues
- Answer technical queries and questions in Slack
- Help people resolve their issues face to face or using a video call
- Order laptops and peripherals and manage hardware logistics
- Deliver laptop onboarding sessions for new Monzonauts
- Manage macOS devices using Jamf
- Carry out basic admin actions across various SaaS platforms
- Provide positive, empathetic support and build trust across the company
Requirements
- Comfortable working in a technical team that deals with a wide range of technical issues every day
- Comfortable presenting technical information to groups of people
- Passionate about helping people and creating an inclusive support environment
- Able to communicate technical solutions to people with wide ranging levels of technical expertise effectively
- Experienced in troubleshooting macOS
- Understanding of basic networking
- Loves learning on the fly and sharing knowledge with others
- Experience of managing macOS, Windows or ChromeOS devices using mobile device management (helpful)
- Experience in Google Workspace or Slack administration (helpful)
- Experience automating common tasks (helpful)
- Experience in programming languages such as Python (helpful)
- Willing/able to work from the London office at least 4 times a week
- £35,000 - £50,000 salary range
