About the role
- Handle and prioritize a diverse range of support tickets and requests within Jira Service Management
- Own the full user lifecycle including provisioning and de-provisioning accounts and equipment across core systems
- Administer critical SaaS applications (Google Workspace, Okta, Slack), manage user accounts and permissions, and troubleshoot access issues
- Utilize Jamf, Intune and NinjaOne to manage, secure, and troubleshoot macOS and Windows devices; ensure endpoints are enrolled and compliant with security policies
- Troubleshoot application deployment issues, run diagnostic commands, apply patches, and assist with configuration and deployment of new hardware
- Maintain accurate IT inventory records and oversee asset lifecycle from procurement to disposal
- Identify trending issues, develop scalable solutions, and contribute to automation of IT processes
- Create, update, and maintain documentation and knowledge base articles within Confluence
- Manage and execute IT projects of medium complexity, collaborating with cross-functional teams
Requirements
- 3-5 years of relevant experience
- Advanced, hands-on experience with macOS and/or Windows operating systems
- Proficient in administering corporate applications like Google Workspace, Okta, and Slack
- Practical experience with MDM solutions like Jamf
- Experience using ticketing systems like Jira Service Management and knowledge bases like Confluence
- Experience with endpoint management tools: Jamf, Intune, NinjaOne
- Experience provisioning and de-provisioning accounts and equipment
- Experience managing user accounts, group memberships, permission requests, and troubleshooting access issues
- Ability to troubleshoot application deployment issues, run diagnostic commands, and apply patches
- Experience maintaining IT inventory and overseeing asset lifecycle from procurement to disposal
- Proven ability to identify trending issues and develop scalable solutions
- Experience creating and maintaining documentation and knowledge base articles in Confluence
- Experience managing and executing IT projects of medium complexity
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
