Lead the technical strategy and delivery of endpoint management services using Microsoft Configuration Manager (MCM), Intune, Jamf, Nexthink, and more
Partner with engineering, operations, development, and program management peers to deliver resilient, high-quality services that support Providence caregivers and business users
Design, operate, and improve large-scale endpoint management services
Drive automation for deployment, recovery, and other processes
Perform resilience modeling (failure mode analysis) and simulate service outages for point solutions and platforms
Translate customer and technical requirements into service architecture to meet Quality of Service expectations
Represent the Service in backlog discussions and standups to establish prioritization of Live Site requirements
Leverage data and metrics to drive behavior, process, and priority decisions
Perform advanced problem solving and root cause analysis for production issues
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering OR a combination of equivalent education and experience
8 or more years of related experience
Strong experience in automation, specifically related to deployment, recovery, or other manual processes
Strong experience with n-tier solutions
Strong experience with resilience modeling (failure mode analysis) and ability to simulate service outages for point solutions (automated) and platforms (manually)
Strong experience influencing engineering team members in translating customer and technical requirements into service architecture to meet Quality of Service Expectations
Strong experience leading and representing the Service in backlog discussions and standups to establish appropriate prioritization of Live Site requirements
Strong experience leveraging data and metrics to drive behavior, process, and priority decisions using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions, or approaches to problems
Strong experience in advanced problem solving using systematic procedures and investigating problems utilizing root cause analysis
Preferred: Master's Degree Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering OR a combination of equivalent education and experience
Preferred: 8 or more years of end point management experience
Preferred: Deep hands-on expertise with administration and troubleshooting of MCM and Intune including hierarchy management, application packaging and deployment, operating system deployment (task sequence and Autopilot) patching, and co-management features
Preferred: Scripting experience using PowerShell, Bash, or Python to automate frequent tasks, including the use of APIs for management of Intune or similar SaaS platforms
Preferred: Advanced troubleshooting skills for Windows and MacOS operating systems, including the use of Windows Performance Toolkit and Sysinternals suite for problem analysis
Preferred: Familiarity with Nexthink or other Digital Experience (DEX) platforms
