Drive complex and strategic programs end-to-end from initiation to completion.
Be accountable for the KPIs behind the programs & projects within the candidate’s portfolio.
Analyze data and business metrics to drive insights and inform decision-making.
Prioritize and manage tasks, initiatives, and projects with a focus on urgency and impact.
Develop and maintain comprehensive monday boards to manage complex processes (which the candidate will establish).
Communicate effectively with executive leadership and stakeholders, striving always for collaboration and servant leadership.
Act as a liaison between different departments, ensuring seamless coordination.
Raise risks, track milestones, and proactively report on the status of programs and tasks.
Requirements
6+ years’ experience in managing a similar position – PMO/project manager/business operations/revenue operations OR equivalent experience in a SaaS client-facing, managerial role.
Passion and ability to lead cross-organization processes, from initiation to full execution and follow-up, with multiple interfaces globally.
Extremely process-oriented and understanding of business metrics.
Experience working on complex, strategic projects and delivering results.
Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can adjust to ever-changing priorities.
Highly independent worker and a great team player.
Experience working with executive leadership.
Ability to develop and maintain comprehensive monday boards to manage complex processes.
