About the role
- Develop and manage the enterprise product strategy and roadmap to meet customer needs in administration, data governance, and compliance, while understanding key buyer and user personas.
- Drive cross-functional alignment among product, engineering, sales, customer success, and support to influence company-wide planning and ensure scalable processes for account sponsorship, escalations, and risk mitigation.
- Hire, develop, and mentor a high-performing team of product leaders, fostering a culture of ownership, innovation, and impact.
- Lead with data and insight , incorporating customer feedback, competitive analysis, and usage patterns to drive decisions.
Requirements
- Proven success in leading B2B SaaS product teams with a strong emphasis on enterprise customers.
- Extensive experience in platform and infrastructure-level product areas , including administration, data handling, and compliance.
- Established track record of owning and launching security- and compliance-sensitive features , collaborating effectively with clients in regulated industries.
- Proficient in developing cross-functional processes that adapt to increasing complexity and evolving customer needs.
- Demonstrated ability to lead through influence, drive alignment across departments , and communicate effectively at all organizational levels.
- Experienced in managing managers, recruiting top talent, and scaling product organizations in hyper-growth environments .
- Strategic thinker with robust execution skills, adept at diving deep into details or taking a broader perspective as required.
