About the role The Organizational Readiness Partner leads the execution of cross-functional projects that impact our customers and/or employees. Focus on operationalizing the Org Readiness playbook, ensuring consistent application across initiatives. Drive effective project coordination and alignment of project teams. Partner with stakeholders to facilitate planning, track execution, and provide timely reporting to leadership. Adjust Organization Readiness requirements to achieve business outcomes and customer quality expectations. Collaborate with stakeholders on project overviews, assumptions, objectives, and milestone-based plans. Facilitate regular project status reviews to track progress and manage risks. Own the management of RAID items and ensure timely resolution or adjustments. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, Organizational Development, Project Management, or Psychology preferred. 5–7+ years of professional experience, including at least 3 years in a project or program management role with cross-functional scope. Exceptional facilitation, communication, and relationship management skills, with a track record of influencing without direct authority. Proven experience leading complex, enterprise-wide initiatives, preferably within SaaS or technology-driven organizations. Demonstrated ability to operationalize frameworks or playbooks across diverse teams and drive consistency in execution. Hands-on experience with organizational change initiatives, risk/issue management, and stakeholder engagement. Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities. Experience in private equity-backed SaaS or high-growth environments a plus.
