• Own and evolve Mollie’s identity and access management (IAM) platform.
• Build systems that allow companies to operate safely within Mollie.
• Design and deliver a flexible, secure multi-user management experience.
• Partner closely with engineering, design, compliance, and other product teams.
• Define product vision and roadmap for Security & User Management, including roles, permissions, authentication, and entitlements.
• Drive development of multi-user capabilities - empowering admins to manage teams and permissions effortlessly.

Product Manager II – Security and User Management

Account Executive

• Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close, building our pipeline in the French market and hitting your revenue targets
• Drive high-impact outbound prospecting campaigns through a multi-channel approach (email, phone, social selling) to identify and engage high-potential businesses.
• Conduct in-depth discovery calls to understand prospect challenges, qualify opportunities, and demonstrate the value of the Mollie solution.
• Lead commercial and contractual negotiations from proposal to signature, converting qualified prospects into new Mollie customers.
• Collaborate closely with Marketing, Product, and Onboarding teams to refine our strategy and ensure the long-term success of your customers.

Senior Account Executive

Risk

• Detect and investigate fraud risks through proactive monitoring, deep data analysis, and event-driven reviews of merchant activity
• Mitigate financial losses by validating, escalating, and actioning fraud alerts promptly to protect platform integrity
• Deliver clear, actionable recommendations for mitigation strategies based on your interpretation of complex fraud scenarios and typologies
• Drive continuous process improvement by proactively proposing enhancements to our fraud-prevention frameworks, tools, and processes
• Serve as a Subject Matter Expert, advising internal and external stakeholders on emerging fraud trends, typologies, and compliance standards

Advanced Merchant Risk Analyst

• Identifying and establishing partnerships with agencies using various methods, including outbound sales, personal network, social selling, and participating in events
• Nurturing a portfolio of agency partnerships throughout their whole lifecycle; from pitching and demonstrating the value of Mollie, to building high-value relationships over multiple touch-points with various stakeholders
• Applying your Partner Sales skills to unlock the maximum potential of the partnership, helping agencies grow and generate high-quality leads through a variety of activities - for example:
• Using strong relationship management and best practices (e.g. launch plans, QBRs, etc.)
• Ideating, launching, and optimising co-marketing activities (e.g. webinars, white-papers, panel participation, etc.)
• Leveraging the wider Mollie organisation (including stakeholders from Product and Solution Engineers) to provide specialist support & expertise
• Acting as the main point of contact for Mollie within the DACH agency community, showcasing your expertise in our product by using consultative sales strategies
• Transforming agencies into advocates for the Mollie brand, encouraging them to recommend Mollie to their clients and wider e-commerce networks
