About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead and develop the Solutions Engineering team
- Mentor and grow a team of six Solutions Engineers
- Define the team's way of working and set OKRs
- Lead upmarket pre-sales / upsell engagements
- Stay hands-on with complex integrations
- Represent the voice of platform partners in product discussions
- Collaborate with various teams to ensure solutions meet partner needs
Requirements
What you’ll need- 7+ years of experience in Solutions Engineering, Technical Consulting, Sales Engineering, or a comparable role in the software/SaaS industry
- At least 2 years of experience leading a team
- Strong technical acumen
- Hands-on experience with APIs and modern integration patterns
- Proven ability in consultative, technical pre-sales
- Experience working with complex, multi-stakeholder environments
- Comfort with ambiguity and ownership
- Fluent in English
