About the role
- Design, develop and maintain RICEFW objects tailored to retail-specific processes;
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (functional consultants, business analysts and integration specialists) to gather requirements and implement migration solutions;
- Optimize and extend SAP S/4HANA Retail functionality using modern ABAP tools;
- Perform unit and integration testing and support UAT (User Acceptance Testing);
- Troubleshoot technical issues in the S/4HANA environment and provide support as needed;
- Document all developments and integrations for knowledge transfer and compliance;
- Other routine tasks in the area.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related fields;
- Extensive hands-on experience in SAP ABAP development in S/4HANA environments;
- Proven experience developing SAP RICEFW, preferably in retail modules (SAP Retail / IS-Retail);
- Solid track record in SAP S/4HANA migration or system integration projects;
- Preferred: SAP Activate methodology, HANA optimization, LSMW and SAP Data Migration Cockpit;
- Technical skills: ABAP on HANA, including Object-Oriented ABAP (OO ABAP) and AMDP;
- S/4HANA Retail: CDS Views, RAP (RESTful ABAP Programming) and Fiori;
- Integration: SAP BTP, SAP Integration Suite (CPI), OData, APIs and hybrid middleware (on-premise/cloud);
- SAP Workflows: design and implementation for process automation in S/4HANA;
- Development environment: Eclipse (ADT), SAP Gateway, BRF+, Adobe Forms and SAP Smart Forms;
- Language: Fluent English required for conversation (there will be a language test).

- Working hours: Monday to Friday, with availability to work Eastern Time (ET). The schedule will be aligned with the client’s timezone, which during Daylight Saving Time (EDT) is 1 hour behind Brasília time.
