Account Executive

• As Sales Director, you will be responsible for the entire sales strategy — from conception and validation to implementation.
• You will work closely with the Head of Marketing to develop targeted measures for our different customer groups, with the aim of increasing revenue and making our sales processes more efficient and scalable.
• In addition, you will be responsible for the structured expansion of our sales team, identifying and nurturing talent and enabling team members to reach their full potential.
• You will actively contribute to the company’s strategic development and play a key role in the company’s future internationalization.
• Develop and implement a national and international sales strategy: you will analyze market potential, identify opportunities, and devise targeted sales strategies to strengthen and expand our market position.
• You will optimize our sales processes and ensure we make optimal use of existing or new tools.
• You will ensure that market analyses and customer feedback are communicated internally in the best possible way. We want to celebrate successes and seize opportunities to improve.
• Close collaboration with the Head of Marketing to design and implement targeted sales initiatives.
• Build and lead a high-performing sales team: you will actively support the development of our existing team, help employees use their strengths effectively, and recruit new talent to strengthen our team. With your expertise you will actively help to refine our corporate strategy.
