About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • As Head of Sales, you take responsibility for the entire sales strategy — from conception and validation to implementation.
  • You will work closely with the Head of Marketing to develop targeted measures for our different customer segments, with the aim of increasing revenue and making our sales processes more efficient and scalable.
  • In addition, you are responsible for the structured expansion of our sales team: you identify and develop talent and enable team members to reach their full potential.
  • You will actively contribute to the company’s strategic development and play a key role in the company’s future internationalization.
  • Develop and implement national and international sales strategies: analyze market potential, identify opportunities, and design targeted sales approaches to strengthen and expand our market position.
  • You will optimize our sales processes and ensure we take full advantage of existing or new tools.
  • You will ensure that market analyses and customer feedback are communicated internally in an effective manner.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Several years of experience in selling photovoltaic (PV) solutions or within the energy industry.
  • Experience working in start-ups.
  • Strategic thinker with a hands-on mentality: you not only develop concepts but also drive their implementation.
  • Proven success in developing and executing sales strategies.
  • Confident use of CRM systems and data-driven sales processes.
  • Strong communication skills and negotiation ability across different hierarchical levels.
  • Excellent German and English skills; additional languages are an advantage.
