About the role
- Ensure that attendance is adhered to across our projects
- Ensure that productivity is maintained across projects
- Handle particularly high-profile queries
- Assist with the day-to-day admin of projects that have opted in to RTO’s services
- Help clients troubleshoot technical issues and challenges
- Support projects to make them feel supported by Real-Time Operations
- Provide technical expertise and escalation as needed
Requirements
- Strong technical aptitude and prior experience in this field is required
- A good telephone manner
- A professional and positive demeanor
- The ability to multitask
- The ability to function in a busy office environment
- Zendesk experience preferred but not essential
- A good understanding of Workforce and how the system functions
- A good understanding of Slack and how it functions
- A good understanding of Okta and its different features
