Serve as first point of contact for day-to-day communication on numerous and/or complex accounts, following up on correspondences and managing high-quality and timely communications
Develop and communicate an understanding of client businesses by conducting client research, analysing industry issues, preparing benchmarking studies and creating risk maps for internal and external use
Support colleagues by managing day-to-day aspects of designated accounts including billing transactional work, generating and coordinating timelines, liaising between senior colleagues and clients, and representing the business to ensure compliance and client satisfaction
Manage account concerns and address issues in a timely manner, applying judgement as to when and what to escalate to senior colleagues
Collect insights and information on client satisfaction and report results to senior colleagues offering context and suggestions to ensure account satisfaction and retention
Begin to build professional relationships with counterparts at client organizations
Maintain good understanding of the company's service offerings and market trends to enhance work performance, enrich client interactions and develop sales capabilities
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline
5 years of relevant experience in the insurance or reinsurance industry
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Outstanding analytical thinking and problem solving skills
Ability to work in a hybrid model (at least three days per week in office)
