About the role
- Co-ordinate Treasury Services' APAC response to and recovery during disruptive events.
- Deliver resiliency messages and updates to Business Partners and Customers during disruptive events and change.
- Ensure effective handoff of ongoing incidents to colleagues in other regions.
- Support the Business Resiliency and Recovery team to ensure the business meets corporate policy requirements.
- Engage with APAC Branches and represent the Business in various committees and forums.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 7-10 years of experience in banking with a focus on business continuity, disaster recovery, or incident management.
- Knowledge of Business Continuity and Operational Resiliency requirements in APAC.
- Additional relevant experience in fields such as risk management, client communications, or client service is also highly valued.
- Experience in writing client-facing and executive-level communications highly regarded.
