Manager

• Own and evolve our Quote-to-Cash and deal approval processes
• Run the day-to-day operations of our deal desk across ensuring robust client quotes, order forms, contracting and issue resolution
• Support the contract review and negotiation process, including for complex deals
• Partner on launching new products, packages and price books in collaboration with Product Marketing, Finance, and Enablement
• Refine and evolve our deal approval and product quote processes – including assessing current processes, identifying underlying issues and driving improvements
• Serve as the trusted advisor and go-to resource for our GtM teams for our commercial processes
• Partner with GTM leadership and enablement to limit rep time spent on non-selling activities – educating CS and Sales teams on process requirements and changes
• Ensure Sales and CS teams are operating within our rules of engagement and setting appropriate expectations with clients
• Be the expert on our end-to-end quote to cash processes, helping inform the overall organization and identifying potential issues upstream
• Engage directly with clients as necessary to accelerate deals
• Be the vanguard for accurate and reliable commercials that underpin our client relationships and revenue reporting
• Lead ongoing and month-end closing audit and quality activities
• Ensure all order form and contract data is accurate across CRM and other systems, including partnering with cross-functional teams to reconcile downstream processes
• Ensure SLAs on deal requests from Sales are being met or exceeded and avoid being a blocker in the Sales cycle
• Create strategic impact by leading projects and exposing insights
• Lead projects to evolve our commercial infrastructure – whether it be unifying our reporting, evaluating new solutions like a CPQ or rebooting our cross-functional deal approval & exceptions process
• Analyze and publish deal and pricing intelligence to evolve our commercial strategy

Deal Desk Manager

• Draft, negotiate and manage agreements for various deals, including client, vendor, and partnership transactions and renewals, applying strategic, solution-oriented, and practical approaches to move deals forward
• Provide contract administration support to the Legal, Sales, Client Success, Vendor and other teams, from drafting to negotiation to execution to archiving to contract renewal
• Review customer and vendor requests for contract amendments and work with internal business partners to respond to such requests in accordance with company processes and policies
• Contribute to a variety of agreements and legal documents, including user terms, sales and vendor agreements, and data processing agreements
• Provide guidance to various stakeholders on commercial and administrative matters in a fast-paced environment
• Triage commercial legal requests and serve as the primary point of contact to answer routine questions regarding our standard agreements and policies
• Drive internal process improvements and standard practices, including creating internal legal resources, fine-tuning our contract lifecycle management system, and improving contracting processes and policies
• Design and conduct internal training regarding contracting and administrative matters
• Propose creative ideas as to how the Legal team can support the company as we scale

Contracts and Negotiations Manager

Medical Director

• Maintain accountability for the quality and safety of psychiatry and medication management services, providing guidance on clinical protocols and best practices for digital delivery
• Provide clinical leadership and escalation point for high risk or complex cases
• Provide clinical input for the psychiatry and medication management network to include credentialing, recredentialing and performance reviews
• Advise on policies to support regulatory compliance in psychiatric care, telehealth, and medication management
• Review and advise on incident management including peer review, continuous quality improvement, and clinical risk management for psychiatry and medication management services
• Collaborate cross-functionally to support continuity and maintain evidence-based standards and safety policies across care modalities
• Partner with Sales, Client Success, and Marketing to represent Modern Health’s clinical excellence in psychiatric care during client-facing activities (e.g., prospect calls, webinars, RFPs, industry presentations)
• Deliver impactful presentations, demos, and written responses that translate complex clinical concepts and outcomes for a broad audience
• Act as a thought leader and clinical spokesperson at external forums, conferences, and customer workshops
• Collaborate with internal teams (Clinical Strategy and Quality teams, Product, Operations, Legal and Compliance) to inform product innovation, service design, and market positioning for psychiatric and medication management offerings
• Share field insights and customer feedback with clinical, product, and research teams to inform strategic decisions
• Advise on the integration of psychiatric expertise into marketing, communications, and educational materials
• Play a key role in developing scalable processes and best practices for psychiatric service delivery at Modern Health
• Stay abreast of emerging trends, regulatory changes, and evidence in digital mental health, psychiatry, and telemedicine
• Contribute to building Modern Health’s profile as a leading, clinically credible digital health organization

• Lead, develop, and inspire the People Operations and Talent Acquisition teams, fostering a culture of high performance, collaboration, and continuous improvement
• Oversee the design, implementation, and administration of compensation and total rewards programs that are competitive, equitable, and aligned with Modern Health’s values and business objectives
• Ensure accurate and compliant payroll operations and benefits administration for a distributed, remote workforce
• Own the HRIS strategy, ensuring data integrity, process automation, and system enhancements to support business needs
• Develop and execute innovative talent acquisition strategies to attract, engage, and hire top talent across all functions and levels
• Partner with executive leadership and cross-functional teams (e.g., Legal, Finance, IT) to drive organizational effectiveness, change management, and workforce planning initiatives
