About the role
- Owns and maintains in-house manager training programs that support new and experienced people leaders
- Create and facilitate development programs for employees, including core skills and career growth workshops
- Build structured learning pathways that align with performance and career development processes
- Owns and maintains employee onboarding programs and processes
- Partner with stakeholders to identify skill gaps and turn them into clear, scalable learning solutions
- Measure program effectiveness using feedback and data, and continuously improve content and delivery
- Develop practical tools and resources that managers and employees can apply in their day-to-day work
- Evaluate and manage external learning vendors when needed
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or a proven track record of building successful learning and development programs.
- Experience designing and facilitating learning programs for managers and employees from the ground up
- Experience facilitating workshops in both in-person and virtual settings
- A clear understanding of adult learning principles and how to apply them in workplace settings
- Experience building structured programs from concept through delivery and iteration
- Comfort working cross-functionally and incorporating feedback into program design
- The ability to use data and feedback to improve learning outcomes
