About the role

  • Accountable for planning, coordination, and execution of client-facing projects across Professional Services
  • Build and maintain formal project plans aligned with SOW or standardized service offering
  • Use Wrike to manage projects, phases, tasks, milestones, and some client communications
  • Maintain a consistent and scalable project delivery framework and reusable templates by project type
  • Define project scope, deliverables, timelines, milestones, and task dependencies
  • Develop detailed project plans in Wrike including work breakdown, task ownership, phase timing, and milestone tracking
  • Lead cross-functional planning sessions and partner with Traffic Manager for project intake and Wrike setup
  • Actively manage delivery resource schedules and align task schedules with resourcing targets
  • Monitor capacity, resolve scheduling gaps, and manage scope, change orders, and backlog hours
  • Serve as primary client-facing contact for project lifecycle including kickoff, updates, and closure
  • Develop and execute stakeholder communication plan and coordinate client training sessions
  • Ensure deliverables meet QA standards and monitor project budget performance
  • Maintain Wrike project accuracy, delivery documentation, and audit trails
  • Maintain accurate status and percent complete in Wrike and track project indicators
  • Conduct post-project reviews and participate in delivery team initiatives to improve velocity and outcomes
  • Track time accurately in MiTime and contribute to utilization reporting

Requirements

  • 3+ years of project management experience leading client-facing projects
  • Proficiency with project management tools (Wrike preferred)
  • Strong skills in scope, schedule, resource, and budget management
  • Experience with structured delivery methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, or hybrid)
  • Excellent client communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to manage change orders, risks, and QA standards
  • Solid documentation, organization, and priority management abilities
  • Bonus: Advanced Wrike expertise (templates, reporting, automation)
  • Bonus: Experience in professional services, SaaS, or eCommerce industries
  • Bonus: PMP, CSM, or related project management certifications
  • Bonus: Experience facilitating client training sessions
