• Lead clients through a structured payroll implementation journey across South Africa and broader African region
• Assess current payroll processes, business structures, and compliance requirements
• Configure Deel Local Payroll to align with local laws, set pay rules, earning/deduction codes, employee groups, and security roles
• Create comprehensive documentation for requirements, configurations, and project changes
• Design and execute data migration strategies, including cleansing, mapping, and test migrations
• Lead parallel runs to validate accuracy between legacy systems and Deel Local Payroll
• Provide first live payroll run support and resolve issues in real time
• Manage a client portfolio and meet monthly billable hours goals
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and client IT teams to ensure smooth implementation
