About the role
- Outside Sales Representative for the Philadelphia, Pennsylvania and New Jersey territory to join our sales team.\n
- In this role you will have responsibility for selling MI products through our dealer/distributor channel, promoting sales and margin growth and business opportunities while providing professional product expertise, business counsel and marketing advice to our dealers, architects and home builders.\n

- Responsibilities Provide first class service to existing accounts in prompt, professional manner.\n
- Establish and grow positive relationships through account management.\n
- Train account associates to sell and understand key benefits of our products.\n
- Keep sales management informed of any issues or potential issues with the customer.\n
- Monitor external competition within the account and provide regular updates and recommendations to sales management to maintain and grow market share.\n
- Recommend changes in products, service, and policy to better serve the customer.\n
- Resolve customer complaints.\n
- Maintain professional and technical knowledge of the product line.\n
- Maintain stock integrity, negotiate returns and build strong rapport with account personnel.
Requirements
- BA/BS in Management, Marketing or related field; or a successful combination of education and experience to perform the essential functions of the position\n
- Ability to develop and maintain strong working relationships with customers in territory\n
- Ability to successfully manage customer expectations by providing superior service to each customer\n
- Able to interface and communicate effectively with individuals with diverse backgrounds at varying levels of an organization\n
- Strong verbal & written communication skills\n
- Excellent organizational skills
