• Build and develop joint business plans with each assigned partner and manage sales strategies with designated partners through consultative relationship building.

• Resolve partner-related issues and sales conflicts in an ethical and fair manner aligned with Mitel’s rules of engagement, as well as in a timely fashion.
• Meet with partners, participate in joint sales calls to customers and assist partners in closing opportunities as required.
• Coordinate local partner participation in events.
• Drive product and promotions and programs into partner organizations to maximize revenue.

• Manage and drive the Mitel Service reporting which includes producing and constantly improve the preparation of Monthly Actuals & Outlook for Mitel Management, including variance analysis and insights explaining the costs and revenue trajectories.
• Prepare analytical insights and analysis on the P&L deviations (Revenue, COS, Standard Margin, Gross Margin), Month-over-month, Year-over-Year and vs. Plan.

Talent Acquisition Specialist, HR Coordinator

Data Analyst

• Manage the daily operations by creating, reviewing, validating and maintaining customer master associated hierarchies in SAP, and other related internal systems.
• Determines course of action necessary to complete customer master hierarchy update requests within the established SLAs.
• Works with the License systems and make sure that all End Customers and Partners with active licences are assigned to a customer master hierarchy.
• Reconciles the Customer Master Hierarchies to Global Partner Program Parent-Child relationships maintained in SFDC.
• Reviews and manages the End customer Master Data maintained in SAP and SFDC and take necessary actions for duplicate records and updated of Mitel Core Attributes (SIC Codes and Channel Types).
