About the role
- Ensure our Paris offices is up and running
- Help EMEA colleagues in their office maintenance
- Act as the go-to-person for all questions related to the office
- Develop our culture by organizing activities, meetings, and other community events
- Manage suppliers: food provider, maintenance, cleaning, access
- Welcome visitors and handle mails and deliveries
- Serve as the onsite point of contact for maintenance visits, shipping, mailing, deliveries, and inventory management
- Report directly to the Office Manager Lead
Requirements
- Experience as Office Manager, Workplace Ops or Event Manager in a start-up or scale-up (0-2 years).
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Google Workspace or ticketing systems supporting employee requests
- You must be fluent in English (this is a strong requirement)
- Service mindset
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information
- Positive attitude and strong work ethics
- Passion for building and maintaining a community within the office space
