About the role
- Report to the Clinical Operations Supervisor
- Design and complete an independent project aligned with clinical operations priorities and present findings
- Assist with reporting and data tracking, including preparation of performance dashboards and compliance reports
- Maintain and update internal documentation (SOPs, workflows, training materials)
- Provide clerical and organizational support (file management, updating trackers, formatting reports)
- Support ad hoc operational initiatives across the care management team
- Participate in onboarding, team meetings, and cross-department introductions
- Deliver a final project presentation; potential for full-time offer based on performance
Requirements
- Current enrollment in an undergraduate or graduate degree program
- Interest in healthcare, digital health, public health, or operations
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills

- Interns must provide their own laptop and phone
- Expected availability ~10 hours per week with flexible scheduling
- Preferred: interest in maternal health, data analytics, reporting
- Preferred: experience with reporting, data visualization, or documentation systems (Excel, Google Sheets, Confluence)
- Preferred: familiarity with remote patient monitoring, care management, or clinical workflows
- Preferred: experience working in a start-up or fast-paced environment
