💰 €40,000 - €65,000 per year
About the role
- Arrange travel for all C-Suite members (CEO, CPO, COO, CLO, CoS, CRO)
- Schedule and enhance meetings around events to maximize value
- Organize dinners, business lunches, and meeting venues (Paris and internationally)
- Provide minutes and action item summaries for key meetings
- Plan and manage C-Suite events in collaboration with events specialist
- Liaise with legal, manage KYC, and handle DocuSign for C-Suite paperwork
- Track and remind C-Suite members (excluding CEO) of critical deadlines (expenses, performance reviews, etc.)
- Process and oversee expenses for the C-Suite
- Identify and implement operational efficiencies to streamline administrative tasks
- Office management tasks (order food, receive mail, etc.)
Requirements
- At least 2 years of proven experience supporting executives in a dynamic, fast-paced setting
- Including 2 years as an Executive Assistant in a start-up/scale-up
- Outstanding organizational skills; ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
- Tech-savvy: proficient with G Suite, Slack, and Notion
- Adaptability and initiative; strong interest in technology and eagerness to take on new responsibilities
- Ability to handle sensitive/confidential information carefully
- Fluent (written and spoken) in both French and English, with excellent written English skills
- Legal right to live in, and be legally allowed to work in, the Paris area; no visa sponsorship for persons without work authorization
- Role for full-time employees only (no B2B or contractors)
