Remote Recruitment is hiring an Executive Visibility & Growth Assistant to work closely with our CEO. This fully remote, South African-based role blends executive support with high-impact growth initiatives. You’ll manage operational tasks such as medical claims and invoices, while also leveraging your experience in securing podcasts, speaking engagements, and partnerships to raise the CEO’s profile and expand business opportunities. As the company grows rapidly, this role will evolve — offering significant scope to take on more responsibility and contribute to strategic growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and submit medical claims, ensuring timely processing and reimbursements
Upload, track, and chase invoices to support smooth financial operations
Coordinate CEO travel arrangements, diary management, and appointment scheduling
Provide executive-level administrative support, including inbox and calendar management
Research, pitch, and secure podcast interviews and speaking opportunities for the CEO
Proactively identify and pursue partnership opportunities to support business growth
Build and maintain strong relationships with podcast hosts, event organisers, and potential partners
Track outreach, bookings, and business opportunities in an organised system
Support evolving projects and strategic initiatives aligned with company expansion
Requirements
Proven experience in securing podcast appearances, speaking engagements, and partnerships
Background in executive assistance, operations, or business development support
Excellent organisational and multitasking skills with strong attention to detail
Strong communicator with professional outreach and relationship management skills
Tech-savvy, with knowledge of remote tools (Google Workspace, Zoom, invoicing systems, CRM tools)
Proactive, resourceful, and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environmenT
Growth mindset, eager to take on expanded responsibilities as the business scales
Reliable laptop and stable internet connection (remote-first requirement)
