About the role
- Act as IT Technical Lead, supporting coordination of the technical team and collaborating with other Technical Analysts.
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions within the Calypso platform.
- Participate in workshops, events, and internal training.
- Report project progress, developments, dependencies, and workflow execution.
- Continuously pursue bug fixes and process optimizations with a focus on continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years' experience with the Calypso platform.
- Proficiency in Java IDE, with emphasis on integration via MQ/EMS, use of APIs, and SQL.
- Technical knowledge of Calypso objects, Calypso API, data model, and customizations.
- Functional experience with foreign exchange (FX) products and Calypso implementation projects.
- Focus on back-office activities: reconciliation, reporting, confirmations, settlement, and accounting.
- Advanced English.
- Intermediate or advanced Spanish.
- Previous experience in multicultural environments.
