About the role
- Work directly with the commercial team, providing support for opening and tracking tickets related to system errors.
- Consolidate information about operational failures and follow up on resolution with the responsible areas.
- Perform commercial data analysis to identify improvement opportunities and support sales strategies.
- Prepare presentations and reports to assist commercial teams in decision-making.
- Maintain clear and efficient communication with different areas of the company, ensuring alignment and speed in problem resolution.
- Organize and document processes and service workflows, contributing to continuous operational improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree completed, preferably in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, Information Systems or related fields.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (pivot tables, formulas) and PowerPoint (executive presentations).
- Strong interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to handle conflicts and work collaboratively.
- Organized, proactive profile with strong attention to detail.
- Availability to work in a hybrid model, being in São Paulo twice a week.
