About the role
- Serve as a trusted advisor to leaders on organizational design, workforce planning, and cultural development
- Partner with leadership to forecast future talent needs and build development plans to support growth
- Lead and support change management initiatives, including reorganizations and structural transitions
- Drive comprehensive talent strategies—attraction, selection, onboarding, retention, development, succession planning, and performance management
- Collaborate closely with global and regional HR partners to implement aligned tools, processes, and best practices
- Provide insights using HR analytics and workforce trends to influence business decisions
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s preferred
- 10+ years of progressive HR experience, including at least 5 years in a leadership role
- Experience supporting multi-site manufacturing within a global organization strongly preferred
- Strong knowledge of ADA, FMLA, Workers’ Compensation, OSHA, and other employment laws
